Have any other Christians visited the JW website? Does it affect you at all? It makes me nearly sick to my stomach. Reminds me of how I felt when I encountered a demon. Does it affect anyone else that way?

paula r - Prayerful and careful are two things I can do. I left the site and prayed. No intention of going back. I am a Christian and I know we have power of demons and such. But I would just as soon avoid them.

Moises_Frias - God doesn't scare me. I love Him and He loves me. However I have encountered demons before and I know how it feels. It feels exactly like it felt when I visited the JW website.

conundrum - I think it is likely JW's will be in the boat of people who cry Lord, Lord and are told to depart.

I never visited the site. However, I have a co-worker who invited me to something some yrs ago @ her JW place(can't remember the term). It had a weird spirit. Also, their literature creeps me out. It is very misleading if you don't know the Bible well. Please be prayerful/careful.And in that order.

Why should it be surprising that one that has encounters with demons be ill when shown the truth?
Mar 1:34 "So Jesus healed great numbers of sick people who had many different kinds of diseases, and he ordered many demons to come out of their victims. But because they knew who he was, he refused to allow the demons to speak."

convinced i do i look at it oftentimes basically to discuss to all those who hate Jehovah's Witnesses and lie about them you're purely gratifying scripture and prophesy!!! Matthew 24:9-14 "Then human beings will provide YOU as a lot as tribulation and could kill YOU, and also you'd be gadgets of hatred through each and every of the international locations as a effect of my call. Then, also, many will be stumbled and could betray one yet another and could hate one yet another. and many fake prophets will upward push up and lie to many; and thanks to the increasing of lawlessness the love of the more suitable form will cool off. yet he that has persisted to the end is the single which will be kept. And this good information of the dominion will be preached in each and each and every of the inhabited earth for a witness to each and each and every of the international locations; and then the end will come"!

Would you happen to be a Catholic? I'm gonna guess yes, seeing how you know SO much about DEMONS. Aren't they about the only ones who can "exorcise" those? Birds of a feather seem to flock together.

Yes I understand it must be hard that they are talking about Gos´s kingdom ...........
What Is God’s Kingdom?
In this series:
What Is God’s Kingdom?
God’s Kingdom—Superior in Every Way
WHAT a terrible disaster struck mankind early in human history! An angel rebelled against the authority of the very One who had created him. This rebel enticed the first woman, Eve, to eat the forbidden fruit. Referring to her and her husband, Adam, the angel said: “You positively will not die. For God knows that in the very day of your eating from it your eyes are bound to be opened and you are bound to be like God, knowing good and bad.” (Genesis 2:16, 17; 3:1-5) The rebellious angel came to be called Devil and Satan.—Revelation 12:9.
Do you know that demons have the same feeling that you have when see the name of Jehovah? (Jude 9)
Yes you were scare cause you saw the name of God and saw Jesus in the throne and that remind you the Armageddon.

Wow, claiming a website is the same as demons, strong claim. Yes, I am a Christian, and have gone there. I personally don't see why Bible verses and Bible based articles would be a problem for you.

The ultimate answer to Satan’s claim that he can turn humans away from Jehovah came from God’s own Son, Jesus Christ. Not even excruciating pain on a torture stake broke his integrity. As Jesus took his last breath, he cried out: “Father, into your hands I entrust my spirit.”—Luke 23:46.
Satan uses everything in his power—from temptations to outright persecution—to try to keep humans under his control. By their fruits you will recognize them,” Jesus said. “Every good tree produces fine fruit, but every rotten tree produces worthless fruit.” (Matthew 7:16-20) The same rule applies today. Though claiming to teach the Bible, they subscribe to such blasphemies as the Trinity and hellfire. Others deny the ransom, teach evolution instead of creation, and preach pop psychology to tickle ears. Like the Pharisees, many of today’s clergy are money lovers, fleecing their flocks of millions of dollars. (Luke 16:14) All of them shout, “Lord, Lord,” but Jesus’ response to them is: “I never knew you! Get away from me, you workers of lawlessness.”

The Watchtower organization does not bother me much. If people seek a relationship with GOD through Jesus Christ, it does not take long before the Holy Spirit kicks in. You can try to call a cat a dog all you want but sooner or later people will say "Hey wait! That's a cat!"
Hope that helps†

Funny you should mention that. Someone posted the website in an answer just today, and I actually went there just to look. I found myself deeply moved to pray for the people lost in this false teaching. My mom worked for a group of JW's at one point in her life, and then I worked at this same company during the summers. They were nice enough people at times, but man.....maturing and coming to Christ, and then looking back at it, scarey stuff.
As for the comment someone made on demons....I take it they must not be Christian at all......
God bless
