I mean seriously there are over 100, but can anyone really do it? Besides God. How many languages have you heard of someone speaking?

No. There are over 6800 languages spoken on earth.
No human could possibly speak them all!
I know there once was a fellow named Cardinal
Mezzofanti who spoke more than 38 languages fluently.
He was the champion linguist of all time!

It depends on the languages (which ones and how many), the learner and the level of fluency you expect that learner to achieve. I am able to converse very well with native speakers in about fifteen languages, but I have been actively learning languages as a hobby and study for over fifteen years. If I had exposure, usage and the right kinds of repetition, I bet I could learn quite a few more. I don't have much trouble keeping languages straight. But we're talking dozens, not hundreds. I find it very easy to learn languages closely related to ones I already know (Catalan was easy after Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian), and more challenging to learn an unrelated one. That's also a factor. A million speakers? That eliminates most of the 6,000, give or take, spoken on this planet. Still, there are a lot of languages left! Best of luck to you!

I can speak every language except Greek, but it's all Greek to me. LOL. Seriously, I heard last night at church there are more than 6000 known languages (more then 4000 without any form of Bible translation). The most I personally heard of fluently is way less than 50. 20 some if memory serves correct.

There are thousands of languages in the world. Some are only spoken by 1 person because traditions are dying out. No one on earth speaks more than a few of these questions.
