The color wine has little to do with taste. There are several varieties of both white and red and it is the variety which has to be compared.. The final proof is what the individual likes Some develop a taste for red while others can only tolerate white wine because the chemical make up of red has an effect on the person.Cheap white wine ( chablis ) is my favorite.

Red wines give me a "brain freeze" type headache. I like a white; my favorite is Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio

Depends on your tastes. I'll take a nice Chardonnay or Lambrusco. Try a few different ones until you find the one that suits you.
