I'm looking fro a good digital camera with all this:
-Good quality
-Cheap($30-$60)
-Good video with sound.
-Shipping free if on the internet.
-And whatever else that is good.

Please help.
My frennd left mine on a plane and I don;'t have much money to buy a new one.

You are not going to get a good digital camera for $30 to $60. Even inexpensive cameras cost $100.

u cant get a good digital camera with that kind of budget. or u can make ur friend pay for ur new one
