Sorry, I didn't get to read that tabloid. All I have ever heard was the Lebensborn. There have been other claims of reptilians with Nazis in Antarctica. But, I wouldn't go as far to call these animals.

Um, Aryans. His goal was to selectively breed people who possessed what he considered to be ideal characteristics--characteristics which he and his thugs were conspicuously lacking--to selectively breed a "master race".

Rather than allow an atmosphere ideal for such a project to be successful, he started WWII and led his ideal specimens into violent and unnecessary deaths.
