myself, my ex, for hurting me so badly. then i need to ask God to forgive me.

Only those who ask for it. Even if someone has not ask for forgiveness I just move on and don't let them bother me. With some people it is not a good idea to forget.

This is answered many places in the New Testament. Jesus taught one prayer that says it all: Matt 6:7-15; Mark 11:25-26; and Luke 11:1-4.

I need to forgive everyone for the sake of health. I am not doing so well at it, yet - I'm still working on it. Many people may never get on my immediate forgive-list, though... Hitler, Stalin, rapists, etc...

Nobody. This question should be rephrased as "who SHOULD you forgive?" If you are forced to do something, then the action loses all meaning...

you need to forgive from the depths of your heart because anger or frustration keeps us from feeling the full impact of gods love -- I do not believe that we can forgive as deep as god because then we would be god but in order for our true spirtual healing and to walk closer with our lord it is important to pray that we as individuals can obtain that longing to pray for those that offend us -- it more or less cleanses our soul in order to be open for the deepest love of all --Gods love
