No, all native birds in the US are protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act whether or not they are on the endangered species list. These birds are not meant to be pets. Licensed wildlife rehabilitators can care for these birds for short periods of time while they are being medically treated or being rehabilitated to be released back into the wild.

Absolutely not! Aside from it being illegal , you cannot possibly provide the proper habitat for a Bald Eagle....and why in the world would you want to keep something that beautiful and majestic in a cage???

no not unless you are a wild life carer, check first with your local government, you should not keep these unless you have had proper training like a wild life carer
