Why don't they post Garage Door prices on line anywhere?

I have the measurements an want to get a idea what the prices are but can't find any.

they sell garage doors at home depot for about $400. Or you can have someone supply and install one for about $800

Maybe because you should be working with local companies who supply this service to get quotes. Who buys a garage door on the internet?
