Birth certificates are issued by the Local Civil Registry in the town or city where you were born and registered. It is not usually issued online.

Birth certificates are issued by the individual provinces or territories. You'd have to go to the website of the province or territory you were born in and then contact them to order a copy of the birth certificate.
