i saw this blond lady at walmart stuffing merchandise into her baby's stroller. should the baby be punished because the merchandise was in HIS stroller? or maybe he should be in trouble for aiding and abetting. and how long would it stay on his record? sorry the mom had to put him in that spot!

So...All blonde's steal is that what you're saying? Well I don't. Not all blonde's do. As for the baby maybe it needs a better up bringing where it's mother doesn't have to steal to survive.
C'mon...I know the point you're trying to make. But as you see it can be turned against you. There are reasons...economic reasons people immigrate illegally. Also added are the facts that paperwork for legal immigration is years behind. Often leaving those who are desperate in a situation that calls for immediate action.
You're a smart person. Research NAFTA and other trade agreements and you'll find a true cause to protest against. Also at least acknowledge the problems illegal immigration can cause to a country. Because the Anti's do have points on that. Compromise HAS to come from BOTH parties or it's just one sided and NOT a true compromise or solution.

first this the immigration forum so the question doesn't really belong here. we don't have criminal laws that pertain to a child so young. however if he were to pattern his behavior after his mothers and as he got older began to steal he would be held accountable, would be prosecuted and imprisoned. oh by the way we do have laws against illegal entry to our country and it doesn't matter if a child were able to walk across the border or if they were so small they had to be carried they would still be here illegally and deported. there would be even less sympathy for a child who became an adult and knew they were here illegally that did nothing to rectify it. did that answer your question?

Considering the baby belongs to the mother, the stroller, and anything else the baby uses, also belongs to the mother, therefore the mother is obviously responsible for the stolen goods.

depends on who it is if its Brittany Spears or Paris Hilton little or nothing will be done.but law is law, criminal is criminal.the kids will suffer because of the parent.its not their fault but law doesn't disappear because of family.though its not fair that's the way it is.so we should let the woman on crack who was prostituting herself stay out of jail because she has a kid?or the man who beat his wife so badly that she went to the hospital because he is the only bread winner?families are split everyday.children are uprooted and moved everyday.why are illegals different?

We shouldn't punish the mother at all because it would separate a baby from it's mother. In fact, the mother should have free reign to commit any crime she wants to, just like you want illegal aliens to be allowed to do.
Identity theft, tax evasion, driving without a license, driving without insurance, welfare fraud....
Happy now?

You are asking for amnesty for children who were brought here and had no choice in the matter so the children should be granted amnesty. You are also stating that if you are blond you pay no price for your crime. Once children are 18 they need to go to their birth counties. The blond needs to be arrested, and the baby needs to go to a loving home

LOL...the parent is the thief, and she's responsible. She should be booked, incarcerated, fined, do community service and any other consequence that is commensurate for the offense and the value of the items stolen.

Why would the baby go to jail? Babies cannot make rational decisions on there own. No one is going to arrest a baby.

If the mother is punished, the child is likely to suffer, too. It's sad, but you can't let people get away with a crime just because they had a baby to elicit sympathy.

The mom committed the only crime.
The baby will have to pay a price by being separated from him mommy.
It is only the fault of the mom, not the law enforcement or law makers or store security, that the child will suffer.
GET IT?
