I'm 16 years old and I think I have an eating problem. On the weekends, I just sit around on my computer and eat junk when no ones home. I want to excercise but I'm just too lazy and my family makes fun of me. Is there anything I can do?

Eat lots of fruit. This gives you a high amount of energy (especially apples). It also increases your metabolism and helps clear your digestive system. You should also drink a lot of water each day. Then you should start excersing at least 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week. Then you can start to move up a little from there. It may take a few weeks to kick in, but once it does, the weight starts to drop off.
You should also eat something (like unsalted almounds, crackers, etc) when you first wake up in the morning. It starts your metabolism for the day. Whole grain foods are very healthy for you as well (such as wheat bread, cheerios, etc.).

This is a very healthy way to get more active and have more energy. It also helps you keep off the pounds, instead of gaining them back and more when you stop doing the diet (also known as "yo-yo" dieting).

Good luck! :]

Get away from the computer and take a walk, if you must eat while at the computer then eat carrot sticks or celery or fruit etc.
