last october i was 5'5'' and 95lbs... just naturally skinny. it was always hard for me to gain weight.
i started to realized that as much as i loved being skinny... i hated it more. it was hard to find clothes that fit and i hated everyone telling me that i was anorexic and should go eat something.
so i got really serious about gaining weight. i decreased my exercise and started eating A LOT. i was still healthy i just ate a lot. currently i weigh 126lbs. im "thicker" than ive ever been in my life. sometimes it bothers me but for the most part i love food and my new curves!
should i continue gaining... (when i started this i told myself i wouldnt go over 140) or try to go back to a more normal food comsumption and stay at the weight im at

if you are 25 or under for optimum health you should not let the body fat % get much higher than 20%. this way as your metabolism natural decreases with age weight problems in the future will be reduce. if you have a high percentage of body fat when you are young it will no nothing except increase with age as your body slow starts to lose muscle (if you don't use resistance training).
