Nothing. All warming on Earth is caused by the Sun. Slight variations of the Suns output has a great effect on Earth.
Man can do nothing to change the planets climate. We are far insignificant to do so.
Relax and enjoy the warm weather. It may not be around for much longer.
Remember 1998 was the warmest year recorded. It hasn't been as warm since. The Earth is already starting to cool off.

Buy energy saving light bulbs.
Ride your bike, walk, or use public transportation.
Buy local food.
Try to eat vegetarian when you can.
Unplug things in your house that aren't being powered for your immediate use.
Stop buying bottled water (it takes billions of barrels of crude oil to produce the plastic bottles alone!). Buy a reusable water bottle (stainless steel is the best).
Don't wash your clothes just because you wore a shirt for an hour, wear it again! (a lesson I learned the hard way while living in East Africa).
Eat your leftovers!
Buy foods with little or no packaging.
Use reusable shopping bags.
Get involved in a grassroots environmental organization.
Plant a tree... or three!
Buy fresh food and not frozen. It takes more energy to freeze food.
Compost!
Buy appliances with the Energy Star label.
Change the filters often in your car, A/C, furnace, etc.
Don't carry heavy things in your car, it causes you to use more gas.
Talk to people, get the ball rolling with your friends and family. If you can change one persons mind about the environment, you are a winner in my book!

There is nothing any one of us can do that will make any noticable impact. The climate shifts all on it's own as it has for millions and millions of years.
Can we force loggers in South America to stop clear-cutting vast areas of rain forest? That would be a little helpful.
How about eating vegan? Cattle emit huge amounts of greenhouse gases.
CFCs are already banned so ozone depletion is not an issue.
If China would get on board it would be a huge reduction of CO2 emmisions. They are putting a new coal-fired powerplant into operation an average of 1 every month. Nuclear is by far the most "climate change friendly" method of electircal generation but there is still that darned old nuclear waste to deal with.
Those global warming chicken littles fail to mention that the Antarctic ice cap is larger than it has ever been since they have been keeping record.

Save electricity by turning off lights, television, and computers when they’re unused. Take a hike-walk, bike, or ride a bus to reduce the amount of gasoline each family uses. Reduce, reuse, and recycle products instead of disposing them. Most importantly, encourage others to take part! Share this information with neighbors, friends, and family, and encourage public officials to establish programs and policies that are good for the environment. As the Dalai Lama quotes, “With realization of one's own potential and self-confidence in one's ability, one can build a better world."

listen to dr. jello. you really can't do anything to help becuase global warming isn't caused by humans. for those who are telling you to ride your bike just don't understand. even if humans stopped using oil completely there would be no difference in the temp. it is natural. google it. trust me, you will find the other side of the argument that the media just doesn't show. sad.

global warming is a fictional problem. the earth goes through phases..but it definitley wouldn't hurt to "go green" as in recycling, using products that are safer for the enviroment [the only one that comes to my mind right now are towels ade without pesticides, etc.
