Well, god isn't worried about who your sueing,as long as you didn't kill anyone rob from anyone or hurt anyone, your trying to get something that is owed to you in a non-violent way.I'm pretty sure god won't mind you going to court for child support. God never said in the bible "thou shalt not collect child support". It's not against the bible to sue,no one is getting hurt, except for the person who is owed child support. You won't be cast into hell, nor struck by lightening.Good Luck in court.

If you are a child of God, you can't sue because you already receive child support whether you ignore it or not.

What in the hell? What does being a child of God have to do with child support? And how does it effect how much can you get. This is the silliest thing I've ever read.

In these days of law suit abuse, you probably could sue God.

Edit:
I'm going to sue you for tempting that "vendetta" guy to pop up.

Sue the rich churches. I see that congress is investigating some ultra-rich churches.
