Do the products colonix or dual action cleanse really work and is it ok to work out also?

they say that they flatten your belly and make you go bathroom alot, what is it like and is it safe to work out while taking these products?

it's perfectly same to exercise while taking them however they have absolutely no effect on fat loss of fatty acid metabolism.
