I just enrolled in Massage school, and am overweight(over 200 lbs)
I am in the top 10% of class, and I give one of the best massages the instructors have ever gotten. I am losing weight, by walking, but will not be at goal by graduation in May 08.
Would you hire me, despite the weight?

If you are talented at messaging and have a great personality hek yeah i would hire you. It is not about the beauty. It is how you make people feel.

Absolutely. Of course, I'm hiring you (hypothetically, of course) for your education and ability to massage; something that is not demonstrable by your appearance, at all.
Now way I would hire you as a personal trainer, but massage therapist? Yes.

I would . I just came back from thailand and I preffered the bigger girls.. They are stronger giving massages unless you can find a small one that can walk on your back, but for the rest of the massage it would not be as good.

that would not matter to me at all. I wish I could go get a massage but I have this "thing" with strangers touching me.

I would prefer to hire you. You have probably more strength and I would feel that you are less judgmental about my chubbiness .

Oh and not to mention alot of people(esp woman.) who are alittle overweight themselves will probably feel alot more comfortable
