Someone says

"You do know that the same gene that causes hairlessness causes retardation? He probably has no concept of what he did "wrong". Just crate the dog and keep the kids away."

People can't seriously believe that to be true can they? Maybe the answerer is bald and knows this to be a fact?

My suggestion PawPrint is don't get sucked into the idiots on here. There are ALOT on here. Just ignore them and they will go get drunk and breed by accident.

the gene that causes the hairlessness in chinese crested actually is linked to deformation of the jaws and thus tooth lose (most are tooth less by age 5 or so). retardation has nothing to do with that gene or very many other genes for that fact, it's usually caused by something going wrong in the carriage of the pups while in the womb, much like human babies) or could be a defect in the egg that wasn't caught by the mother's system early on and developed.
