Yes. The flavor may overpower the chicken, though - not sure. The sage used on the pork would be good also on the chicken.

Did you know, if you take dried bread crumbs, add in some parmesan cheese, dried parsley, seasonings you like, your coating will be better tasting? First dip your chicken in seasoned flour then milk/ flour, egg, then the crumbs you make. Whatever falls off in the oven gets like stuffing. Yum. Be sure to spray chicken with pam or olive oil before baking, to make them extra tasty and crunchy.
Shake N Bake is mostly cornflakes and salt. It has alot of artificial seasoning, that compensates for the pork flavor, whch might be too much for the chicken. The recipe I gave is alot more fun, tastier, and families love it.

No problem, they just add some different spices in it than for chicken, I am a former chef and have used it for either, even pork on chicken, they are all the same in essence.

yes i have made it for my family before, and they love it. . . I myself dont eat meat, but i have used it on my 'fake chicken' before and it tasted really good, it doesnt just have to be on pork .. . :)
