"A high fat diet is bad" is something we accept but it has been proved to be false. Today, almost everyone will tell you that a diet high in fat is bad for you but evidence has proven that a high fat diet is not necessarily dangerous

i would like to put this way two persons a fat person and a lean person were lost in an isolated island without any food they starved for a 2 days the lean one died after 3 days and the fat one died after a 5 days
The morale of the story is fat reserves in the body tend to breakdown into carbohydrates during long starvation process but i dont think any one would be lost like these people so taking fatty foods too much can bring belly around stomach and make persons obese and worse lead to B.P and rise in cholesterol levels so be care full to keep a check on the calorie meter every time you are consuming fatty foods

A simplistic statement often is wrong in some degree, like your example. For instance, salt is bad for people who are sensitive to it, but for the other 2/3 of the population it is not bad.

Science does not accept things that have evidence that proves otherwise, and I challenge you to give an example otherwise.
