I RECOMMEND FOR HIM TO WASH HIS FACE WITH A MILD SOAP OR CLEANSER. AFTER WASHING YOUR FACE TREAT EACH AREA DIFFERENTLY. FOR EXAMPLE USE A TONER FOR THE OILY AREAS AND MOISTURIZER ON THE DRY AREAS. FOR TONERS AND SOAP I SUGGEST CLINQUE AND MURAD PRODUCTS.

i would probably go with Aveeno or Neutrogena products. They are mild/gentle and provide good moisture for the drying effects of shaving.

Or you might also try Clinique. They offer a product line for men. Murad also makes some great cleansers as well but they are kind of pricey, but are good for sensitive skin.

Well i swear by Clinique and they have a mens line. It worked better for me than Proactiv, but I always say that most of the time it's our own fault for our skin problems. Simply because of the things we put into our body. Drinking more water, eating more fruits and veggies is a start. And we should keep our hands off of our faces so much.

mary kay timewise cleanser and moisturizer. it clears up any rough areas and also keeps your skin looking young. there stuff also comes in a soap-bar just for guys :)
also, DO NOT use toner! it feels great but it deteriorates the naturals oils on your skin and your body thinks it needs to produce double! and it does :(
