what kind of stuff can you freeze to put inside a kong toy?

you can put the stuff inside the kong toy and put it in the freezer at the same time?

i 'd use all natural peanut butter (the kind you have to refrigerate) because the filling at petco (kong stuffing) has too much sugar (and questionable ingredients). or you can freeze unsweetened applesauce inside there. my puppies love canned pumpkin, never tried freezing that though. dried liver, cream cheese, plain yogurt, are some more ideas,but dont give dairy too often.
another idea, you can fill the kong with water or chicken broth, and put peanut butter at the end to close it up and freeze that.

Peanut butter can be frozen inside a kong!
My dogs love that!
Sometimes I get a rawhide bone which is hollow on the inside, fill it with peanut butter, and give it to my dogs on a hot day. They clean their teeth chewing the rawhide, and the peanut butter keeps them entertained. Have fun with your dog!

There are also these things called Ziggys that are made by KONG and they are a type of long cylindrical treat that fits right inside the KONG and keeps the dogs entertained for HOURS!
