Well that all depends on what type of ceremony you both want. If its a traditional church wedding then the traditional vows would be good, the vicar/priest will go with them for you and they usually have 2 or 3 versions to pick from. Or if you are having a civil ceremony then it can be nice to write something yourself to express your love for your new spouse. Try doing a google search for 'wedding vows' and check out some sites, some of them show you different versions in full. By seeing other vows can help you with inspiration to write your own and make them unique

If you are marrying out of love, and nothing else...to say what you feel about the to-be spouse of yours (summarized), and how s/he makes you feel and why you are marrying that person is most definently good wedding vows...it's not something you can find on the internet--it's found in the heart.
