Why is it that your reproductive parts radiate heat when the rest of you is cold?

Because our bodies are designed to reproduce. No matter how cold we are, our brains and our bits will stay warm, because that's our biological imperative.

Because they are usually moving no matter what. Like when you have your period, your uterus is constantly moving. Stuff like that.
