I like it, but it depends on how is cooked, the way I can't eat it is with onion. If you haven't tried you can say nothing about it.
I think is sick to prejudge and that can stop you of trying different food because you are making a false idea in your head about it, try it and then you know if is your taste or not, but not before.

I grew up in the country where we raised, butchered and ate our hogs, cattle, and chickens.
I have always liked beef liver, fried quickly with slices of onion; pork liver, however, has a grainy texture I don't care for. If organ meats weren't high in cholesterol, I would eat them more often as I find all of them quite tasty.
I wasn't allowed to say I didn't like a food I'd never tasted. That made sense to me and my children were encouraged to try new things so they could make an educated statement about whether they liked it or not.

Well if you haven't even tried it how do you know if it's good or not? I have had it all my life and it is excellent food. It's as good as any other cut of meat.
Some people prefer calves liver for a more delicate taste or even chicken livers. They are all good but for real flavor I prefer beef liver.
Try it, you'll like it!
Another thing, if you buy it to prepare it at home be sure the butcher de-veins it so you don't have to do it at home.

I like liver. It is really good if smothered in sauteed onions. The secret is not over cooking it. It has a kinda grainy texture but a good flavor. It is also a rich meat, so don't eat too much at once. it is a good source of iron.

I love it fried with onions. There's chicken and calves liver
which are the most popular. I liked chopped chicken liver.
If you didn't grow up eating it than you may not like it.
Although I've had friends who didn't even try it until they were
older and swear by it. It's just a matter of taste.
Look at that guy that eats all that weird food on the Food network channel. I wouldn't touch that, no matter how much he likes it.

ugh...just smelling it makes me sick. I've never even taken a good look at it or tried it...my dad loves it and he only has it when my family goes out to dinner once in a great while, but it is nasty. Plus something about the idea of eating organs just grosses me out. The liver acts as a filter for your body too, so it's got all kinds of gross stuff your body didn't want in it. blahhh....i've got to stop thinking about it...

Liver is great, I love it, but only if it is cooked properly. Liver and onions are tasty and so is greek style liver. One of my daughters who was the fussiest eater ever, Hated anything new, but I told her she had to try it just once. She tried it and loved it.....It would not hurt to try it..... it only tastes bad if it is over cooked.

Chicken livers are actually pretty good ... they aren't as strong as beef livers. Actually, KFC makes excellent chicken livers.
