Uhh, since when does drinking vinegar help people lose large amounts of weight?
Stop looking for an easy way out. Get off the computer and go exercise.

You should NOT drink vinegar for weight loss. It is not healthy.
If you want to lose weight eat healthy foods and get at least an hour of exercise a day. Walking and mild aerobics are excellent for increasing your metabolism to help you lose weight. Healthy eating can be accomplished by eating fresh vegetables,fruit, whole grain products and protein.
Avoid salty,sugary and processed foods as these will add weight.

is that safe to drink in large quanities??? i have heard of people taking a shot daily to keep weight off. you could jog to the grocery store every day to drink the vinegar that might help.
