This can be a long process, so if you're not a geek, give some quick solutions a try, then get a pro if you've no luck.
Try a few freeware items, like 'Spybot' , 'Adaware', for starters; run you anit-virus scan (you do have one, right?).
These hijackers can be pretty slick with their file work, and it may not be easy to clean out.
Good luck.
Remember, it's easier to keep 'em out in the first place rather than doing a clean-up. Get 'spywareblaster' & 'spywareguard'
'spybot S&D' & 'adaware' installed, enabled, and update these all the time.

Use some other software. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html

You probably have a trojan virus that infected your computer, you would have to comletely wipe out your hard drive to get rid of it.
