Okay, I'm going to start doing 2,000 jump ropes a day as my daily workout. My question is: what does jump roping help build?

-Stamina/endurance
-High jumps
-Run faster
-Lose weight

^^Anything else?^^

For 2,000 jump ropes 5x a week how many pounds do you think I can lose in a week?

jumping rope is cardiovascular exercise it does not build muscle. you would do much better doing a variety of exercises like jumping rope, pull ups, push up, abdominal training and some sprinting outside.

how much weight a person loses depends on their diet. exercise only stimulates the muscles and central nervous system. the diet provides the actual building blocks from the nutrients that you intake. the healthier the diet, the faster you will see results from exercise.

If you're not much taller than 6'(1 85cm) and dunking is not easy and does not comes naturally to you then you'll need the program from here https://tr.im/lt8as to learn to dunk with out a problem.
The Vert Shock plan promises you anything between 9 to 15 inches development in your straight jump.
With Vert Shock program you won't require a gymnasium since all that's necessary for the workout is a park benchor a little wall and a soft area where you can do your depth leaps and your package leaps and a basketball for a few exercise.
With Vert Shock you will discover ways to dunk 9 to 15 inches larger in only 2 months without costly gym.

This is good just be sure you are taking 30 second to 1 minute breaks every 200 jumps...I jumped 3,500 times 3 times a week...with 1 minute rest every 200 jumps. Also it is so important to lift your weights to!
HAPPY JUMPING AND PUMPING...peace
