Guess a trip to the vet would tell you. It is sad that you do not know for sure if she is pregnant. That must mean that you just leave her unattended while in heat.
Since she has had litter already, maybe getting her spayed after this would be a good idea. She doesn't need to spend her whole life pregnant or taking care of a litter.

My dog just had puppies on Saturday, and she didn't yelp until a puppy was coming out. If its been a couple months, then she could already be in labor. A dog's pregnancy is only 63 days. If her belly is big, if her mammory glands are swollen and her vulva is swollen she is probably pregnant and may be in labor. I would think it would be fairly obvious from looking at her that she is pregnant if she was in heat two months ago. If thats the case, google "whelping" and read up on what to do when a dog is in labor, follow the instructions for checking for a stuck puppy if one doesn't come out. Call your vet if you are unsure.
Good luck.

I've never had a b*tch yelp or scream while pregnant. If one of my dog's was doing this, pregnant or not, we'd be at the vet.
Keep in mind the average gestation period for a dog is 63 days.... so if she was in heat a couple months ago ... don't you think you ought to be getting ready? (Which for me means a trip to the vet on day 57 for an x-ray to count the number of pups and check on the calcification).

Take her to the vet. I've never heard a dog yelp just because she is pregnant. Her stomach being swollen could be a sign of a uterine infection which will kill her if not treated quickly.

i might ask the vet if it must be intervertable disk affliction. this won't practice in an ex ray in elementary terms on an MRI. She desires to be stored nevertheless if she has the affliction or there must be greater injury completed. My canine had an incredible style of soreness, yet in elementary terms whilst she went to advance her paw as much as walk up the stairs and we could no longer touch her devoid of her yelping in soreness. She is likewise a beagle and that they are carriers to this affliction. If it is what it is, do no longer wait a 2nd longer to take her lower back to the vet, the quicker therapy is began the greater helpful. Mine replaced into placed on an anti inflammatory and soreness meds.
