Does anyone have her receipe w/sauerkraut and pork or beef which aired on her PBS cooking show in the last couple of months (I think). A friend told me about it and this is one of my most favorite meals, but difficult to find in a restaurant and I would like to cook it myself.

I am also looking for this recipe. I remember that she rinsed and drained the sauerkraut first. In a large pan heating up, she put some olive oil. Then added the sauerkraut, whole peppercorns, a bay leaf, then added the pork shoulder, and a slab of bacon. She covered the pork and kraut with water. I think it simmered for one hour. She then added the sausage. All of the meat was nestled in the kraut. After the sausage was added, it cooked for another half hour. Did she add garlic? I can't rember. I can't find the recipe on any website. If anyone can help, thank you!!!!

do you know the name of her show then why not go to PBS.com and see if you can find it there . I hope I helped . good luck and god bless.
