My parents never wanted to pay for any tuition that might be required for me to attend any internship or program offered over the summer. But I need to be more active in the community in order to get into a good college right? So how can I sum up a good amount of money without their help and as soon as possible? The application deadline is like days away and I at least need an application fee of $95, while the full tuition would be 6,999.

I would definitely look into grants that would sponsor atleast part of that tuition. They're are government-sponsored and also private companies and organizations that will donate especially for this kind of situation depending on what type of internship this is.

Nevertheless, applying for these grants and hearing anything back can take months. What I would do in the meantime is to get a server position at an upscale restaurant. Last summer, I worked at an extreme upscale seafood restaurant and was pulling in about 300 dollars a night on average. Because of all of the wine, and expensive dishes, the tips were amazing.

Have you thought about selling yourself to businessmen? You can probably cover the application fee in 30 minutes or so and the rest of the tuition over a few weeks.
