For absolute prestige in the foodie world, you can't beat the CIA.

graduated from cia, no comparison unless you go to jw main campus. also while out in the real world as a baker and had externs working under me no comparison, cia does better job screening students and much better instructers. when you are going to spend 80 thousand for 4 years of study you better make sure, theres no switching between the two.

While both are good, their not even in the same league. CIA is the top school in the country. Nothing wrong with J&W mind you, but it can't even touch the reputation of the CIA

Both have there up's and down. Im gonna go with CIA though. Although ive worked w/ alot of J&W people who r good, and bad.
