Ich = I
habe = to have (haben form for ich)
drei = three
Nasen = noses (Nase for singular)
und = and
sechzehn = sixteen
Fingern = fingers (Finger for singular)

Ich habe drei Nasen und sechzehn Fingern.
I have 3 noses and 16 fingers.
count me out from the points, I am translating for practicing my German at the same time.

Just FYI... the plural and singular of the word "Finger" is the same in German.
So it's 1 Finger and 16 Finger, not Fingern - no "n" at the end.
