The only way i can think of is Citizenship by marriage. You would mostly likely have to file an I-129F Petition for Alien Fiance(e).
i left a link to many forms available. but there quite costly.
hope this helps. :)

Madan is correct. As long as he was inspected (entered legally) and overstayed, that is forgiven under immigration law when the person marries a US Citizen.
Once you are married here in the US, file I-130, I-485, G-324 and I-765 with the Immigration Service. He will get a work card within 90 days and can start being legal.
If you are confused, consulant an immigration attorney, as this is not legal advice

If he entered legally, and has proof, you can file a petition for him and he can file adjustment of status application (complete package), and get green card. If he did not enter legally, and has been here illegally for more than 1 year, he will have to go back and remain outside for 10 years. I suggest you spend some time to consult local Immigration attorney instead of getting other lay people's opinion on such important topic.

do it the legal way. you sound like maybe you will do just about anything, even illegally, to keep him here with you. you said you've been with him for years now which tells me the guy's been living in this country illegally for years. that's pretty sad you know. do the right then and help him get here legally. what the first guy above said makes sense. try that out and see. i wish you both all the best in your lives. may God bless you both. :)

Consult a lawyer first. He or she will do a good job. By the way, for illegal immigrants, the only way they can get resident or citizenship is by only marrying.

really easy but it will help alot if he came here before he was 18, it would make him innocent because it will mean his parents brought them here. ask a lawyer, she'll go over all the steps and everything, one thing is it can cost a little bit, like 5000 dollars plus lawyer fees and he cant work while hes paper are been reviewed . but you can make it, it can happen . but i think the only thing is he cant have like a felony charge or a real bad crimminal record but your lawyer ( and yes you will need one) can explain this all to you and how it pertains to your personal story

Sorry lady but if he is here illegaly, he needs to go home.
If you love him so much go with him and marry him there then file for a visa to get him into the states legally
