I think that it has something to do with the CV Boot, but I had a friends father look at the Jeep. And he thinks that it has something to do with the Spindel, Is there some kind of manuel that I can look at online, or does someone know the part that I am having troubles with?

First thing is first.......

There is no CV boot. Jeep didn't use CV shafts in 1992.

If it is a 4wd, there is no spindle either. The wheel rides on the unit bearing. The unit bearing is held in by the axle nut connected to the outer axle shaft.

If the steering knuckle has completely seperated, that the ball joints are gone.......

Question is a Little Short on Info!

Is the Wheel/Tire Off But Still in the Wheel Well? Broken Ball Joint(s) and/or CV Joint!

Jack Up the Front End, If the Wheels Falls Off but the Rotor Stays in place it's the Spindle & Bearings!

"If Complete Assemble Comes off Check and/or Replace; "A" Frame Bushings, Ball Joints, Struts/Shock & Mount, Spindle & Bearings, Tie Rod End, CV Joint, Short Shaft (Axel), Etc" (Complete Front End!)

there is no spindle. there is no cv shafts either.
that said you need to remove the tire
check to see if the the upper and lower ball joints are bad.
this is easy enough. when you jack the jeep up the tire will
drop alittle.
if it is the bearings then the tire will drop alittle but have play in all directions.
replace all worn parts.
