hi, i am just getting back into things from having my two children, my first is 2 yrs and my second is 9months and i would really love to be down to a good size before we see my husbands family at christmas, so any suggestions??

You can loose 15-19 pounds in 13 day. Its changing metabolism diet, its from Danemark. I did this diet 2 years ago, I lost 19 pounds in 13 day. Its very tough, because you cannot eat anything else but what is in the list . Its healthy, and tough (lol)
Its been 2 years since then, and my weight its the same.

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee w 1 sugar cube
Lunch: 2 hardboiled eggs, 400g spinach, 1 tomatoe
Dinner: 200g steak & 1 salad w oil and lemon juice

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee w 1 sugar cube
Lunch: 250 g ham, 1 natural yogurt
Dinner: 200g steak & 1 salad w oil and lemon juice

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee w 1 sugar cube w 1 toasted bread (whole wheat)
Lunch: 2 hard boiled egg, 1 slice of ham, 1 salad
Dinner: Celery Root, 1 tomatoe, 1 apple

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee w 1 sugar cube w 1 toasted bread (whole wheat)
Lunch: 200 ml orange juice, 1 regular yogurt
Dinner: 1 hardboilded egg, 1 carrot peeled, 250g cottage cheese

Breakfast: 1 carrot peeled
Lunch: 200g fish baked w lemon juice, 1 teaspoon butter
Dinner: 200g steak, 1 celery

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee w 1 sugar cube w 1 toasted bread (whole wheat)
Lunch: 2 hardboiled egg, 1 carrot
Dinner: 1/2 chicken, 1 salad with oil & lemon juice

Breakfast: 1 tea (nothing added)
Lunch: nothing (drink water to supress apetite)
Dinner: 200g lamb chops, 1 apple

The good thing is that you have a goal and you have set a deadline,however different things work for each person and don't forget you have a handful with a toddler and a baby.I know how it feels to be out of shape too.i suggest you try any or all of the following,do early morning exercises,use a supplement,-one is working for me,cut down on heavy calorie meals ,remain determined even if you don't meet your target ,seems a bit high!

That six weeks away. Realistically, you can hope to safely lose 2 lbs a week... so 12 pounds is more like it, and really, that's a size .. maybe two, ....depending on your frame. That would be quite an accomplishment in a short period if time.

You can hope to safely lose maybe 10 pounds in the time you've got. That's not bad really. Just increase your exercise. Nearly become a vegetarian; cut out booze; forget Doritos and ice cream exist. Chocolate is a fond memory.
