Any ideas???

Question

My civics class needs ideas for things to do this December that would raise awareness about certain issues. So far, we thought about making a "toy drive" where every student in the school donates a toy which will then be given to poor kids. Another idea was that the class should go to a hospital and do some activities with sick children.

If you have any ideas, please answer.

*Please take into account that the class has no money and that all the expenses will have to come from the kids' pockets.
**The kids are 14-16, so nothing that involves driving.

Go to a homeless shelter and help butter the bread and serve food to homeless people.
