My ps2 dont work so i bought a disc lens cleaner but it doesnt read that eiether. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

WHENEVER i try to play a game it takes forever to load so i have to press power 80 times. Also whenever it rarely works the gameplay goes out of control

The only thing that I can tell you is to get a new PS2, they really don't cost that much money at all, or get a 60 or 80GB PS3 so that you can play your PS2, PS1 and PS3 games on it.
