Kjelstad: I do have religious beliefs, just not a religion. Everyone has a view on religion, mine is that I don't have one.

Kjelstad: It's like an answer on a test, you leave it blank, you get it wrong.

I could totally be wrong. I would like to be right. But I could be wrong. There's no definate proof, y'know?

Oh, and I'm Wiccan... Now that I say that of course I'm going to get a hundred bad ratings...

I know I'm probably at least 50% wrong. Anybody who claims otherwise is 100% wrong. The worst kind of being wrong happens when you don't know that you could be wrong

I don't know how to label myself, you see, I was baptized christian, I do not believe their claims, I am not an atheist either. I supose I could call myself agnostic, but then I am an agnostic that finds it most probable for a higher power to exist. One thing I know, and that is that I haven't found myself in any religion and I don't think there is one that knows the truth

I definitely could be wrong. There is a real chance that God does exist. But as of now, I don't think he does. I don't like to write my religious beliefs in stone. People who claim to *know* that they're right are just fooling themselves, whether they be atheists or theists.

By the way, you can't be wrong, because you admit that you don't know. So you're sittin' pretty!

Yes and no.
Asatru practices ancestor worship. I KNOW I have ancestors. LOL That part is pretty concrete.
Now the gods....sure I could be wrong. NOTHING is 100%, there is always exceptions to the rule, etc. Do I THINK I am wrong. Nope. I wonder and I randomly doubt, but that makes me look harder for answers. I have yet to find an answer in my faith that did't make sense to me or satisfy me.

I am Asatru. Hail the Gods!

Same here!

I can only hope that the good stuff is true, but I'm not holding my breath, nor refraining from doing what many conservatives might label "sin", just because someone's interpretation of what is supposedly the word of God says it's wrong.

If I am wrong, then I will reform my beliefs. I see absolutely no reason to keep believing in something that has been proven false...

I am a Theravada Buddhist...

I never claimed that my religious beliefs were the "right" ones...Of course, I don't think ANYBODY knows what the "right" answer is.

I believe that Jesus is the Christ. And I know that their are two options. I know that Jesus could be who he said he was, so therefor I will be going to heaven. Or Jesus isn't who he said he was so my belief in him isn't going to give me any gain when I die.

But I am ok with that, because in the end I will have the fire insurance just in case.

How can you be wrong? You don't have any?

I mean I know I could be wrong. There could be a god. Not any of the ones we know about. But since when has "I don't know" been wrong?
