can you buy a high lift blonde tint.Not bleach as i hate using that product.???

i do not know what is available if you do not have your lisence. but if your trying to lift your natural haircolor (meaning no hair dye at all!!) then you can use a color that is lighter then your natural. but color will not lift color, so if you put a higher color on your hair and you have color from previous color jobs the previous hair color will do absolutly nothing. make sence?
