I believe a cat has to be at least 6 months old to get pregnant, so even if she was, you wouldn't be able to tell yet. There is a good chance that she has worms, so if she hasn't been to the veterinarian yet, you probably should see if that's a possiblity.

Also, I had a kitten once who had a huge round belly that we thought might be worms, but it turned out that her stomach had just grown faster than the rest of her body!

Oh yes, she could very well be pregnant. Feel around her stomach gently and see of you can feel movement. If she is pregnant, the roundness will settle further toward the back, the further along she gets.
If she is not pregnant, worms can cause bloating. Take her to the vet for a check-up.

Yes she can one of my cats came into season at 4 month she was acting all weired and doing strange things like walking round with her bum in the air and meowing all the time so i rang my vet thinking she had some sort of behavior problem, my vet laughed and said i didn't have a weired cat she was in season and was ready to mate, i had to keep her in till she had finished then it was down the vets to be spayed. I had never seen this in a cat so young before always thought they came into season around six months.

Absolutely!! Some cats have been known to go into heat as early as 4 months, so 7 months is certainly quite possible.

Dont worry, my son sleeps on his belly and has been since he was 8 monts old. He is 10 months now and can roll over from front to back, he just has a far more comfortable sleep that way.

Yes, she could be pregnant. If an un-neutered male has had access to her she could also have contracted feline AIDS.

A swollen stomach could also be a result of worms. Does she also have other signs of pregnancy like swollen nipples?

Yes, certainly. It could be worms or just fat, too. Get her to the vet. It could be a tumor for that matter. Get her to the vet and be sure of what's going on.

Yes, it could be quite possible, just like teenagers CAN get pregnant, but they shouldn't. Cats are full grown at 1 year, so she is kinda like a teenager right now.
