Why not ask if any of your local charity shops would have it, maybe a charity you are particularly in support of?
Alternatively I am sure a local care home or even primary school would take it off your hands.

When I bought my big screen, I took three TVs to CAPS (Citizens for Animal Protection). They have a thrift shop to help their non-euthanasia shelter.

Goodwill, definitely. Also, are there any charity thrift shops around where you live? I'm sure they'd also be glad to take it off your hands. :)
