It can present a lot of different ways, from feeling down, sad, crying, to isolating, cutting off friends. It can include insomnia, or sleeping too much, having no appetite or eating too much. It can feel like you are in a fog. It can be low energy, low motivation, problems concentrating, no interest in anything at all, or being irritable. If you are concerned talk to your doctor who can refer you to a mental health professional
