That they don't really know anything. That would be bit aggressive however, and maybe not for you. Because if you ask them to prove it, they will say that proof is inconsequential, you have to believe. Or they'll tell you something about being born is proof or the human eye, or some other such nonsense, which is the same as no proof. All of those things are explained perfectly by Darwin's evolution.

If they tell you prayer works and tell you how they've seen it in their lives, ask them why God has never regrown a limb for an amputee. It's always hilarious to watch them dance around that one. If they say those people didn't have enough faith, remind them that Jesus said if you have faith the size of a mustard seed you can move mountains. If they say God doesn't always give you what want but what you need, remind them that Jesus said ask and you shall receive. If they say that God uses suffering to teach us a lesson, remind them that Jesus said 'what man of you, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone?'

Anyone who has given their heart, their life to Christ is very aware of the presence of God in their life. I find it very sad that though Christians want unbelievers to experience the love of God, those same unbelievers become almost hateful or worse when someone tries to show them the truth. Why are you all so mad at Christians. Personally, I think you feel left out. Really, you don't need to. Read the fourth book of the New Testament, John, and allow God to reveal Himself through His Son, Jesus. You have nothing to lose at this point.

understanding Jesus isn't a faith, it somewhat is a relationship. faith has to do with a longtime theory, custom of guy and that i'm no longer into that. guy won't be able to positioned God right into a container and say it somewhat is Who he's, through fact no guy is familiar with all of who God truly is. we won't be able to fathom His entire being, in basic terms a small fraction of who he's. faith additionally likes to tell human beings the thank you to worship. i'm loose to worship God besides i admire. If i choose for to take a seat down, I take a seat, if i choose for to bounce I dance, yet I do the two in Spirit and in fact.

Why should you say anything? They have resolved for themselves God exists. Just as we all have resolved the plate and food in front of us exists.

Many things not seen are known by its effects. Pluto was known by its effects on asteroids and planets before it was seen. Diseases were known to have habits peculiar to each disease and not magic spells before bacteria and germs were seen.

Look where we are. Life would not be here if the planet were a little off in its position to the sun even slightly. Earth is tilted 23.5 degrees in order to have seasons and not fry on one side, freeze on the other and try to crush itself in the middle. Our moon maintains the tides and water cycle allowing all life to have water to sustain us. Science has just discovered a single planet after all these years that may have life sustaining ability. How can anyone expect all this to be by mere chance?

You will never be able to change someone's mind about religion, unless they ask about your point of view on something. Believers believe that they have received this knowledge by direct infusion from God.

I guess that depends on what YOUR point is. I know He exists, and there's nothing anyone could say that would change that. I know because of the personal experiences I've had.

If you don't believe, that is your choice, why debate it? If you're not sure, and you want believers perspectives, then be honest about your doubts, and don't dismiss what you don't yet feel.

In any relationship you put faith in the other person and over time you come to know them. Simple.

Truth that is taught and confirmed by the Spirit of the Holy One is knowledge. I have a knowledge of the truth because of the Holy Spirit in me. 1 Samuel 2:3 says that God is a God of knowledge. Pure knowledge, knowledge of Jesus Christ, greatly enlarges the soul.

But what of faith? What exactly is faith? Knowledge of Jesus Christ, if accepted, leads to faith, which is confidence and trust in Jesus Christ that lead a person to obey him. Faith must be centered in Jesus Christ in order for it to lead a person to salvation.

How on earth can you disagree with someone saying they "know" when Job himself says it, "For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth..." (Job 19:25)

Christ said, "If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself." (John 7:17)

Christ said KNOW. He didn't merely say BELIEVE. I know that we can know of the pure doctrines of Christ and as the passage above indicates faith comes by righteousness. So do His will and you may know. God bless you

Sounds like that person has very strong faith.

I too KNOW that God exists.

I KNOW because I've seen the evidence.

My faith about what God will do in the future is based on what I've already seen God do in the past.
