We have "extremists" in every religion and just because hundreds or possibly thousands of believers strap bombs to themselves and use God as their shield, i do not think we should bash the Islamic religion (or way of life) as a whole.

I respect the individuals who belong to that religion, but I have many reservations about the religion itself.

i am with my gurl La Ilaha Illa Allah i gave u a thumbs up gurl i understand ya :) (btw i am the friend she is talking about:) it is nice to see people like and the other posters you still have common sense because we are not understood. at least not by many...even the media loves to destroy us. they hardly ever show the good that we do. always they catch some taiban dude beating a woman and say "look at what Islam does" blaaah to the media!

I respect Islam more than I respect Christianity.
Muslims don't stand down in the commons of the university trying to convert college students Islam, but Fundy Christians do.
Muslims don't support the killing of people of other religions, and don't teach their children to die in the name of Islam like Fundy Christians do.
I call them as I see them.

I don't, the Muslims are very respectful and kind and do not support what the extremists do. Killing is a sin. Period. Women are respected and even encouraged to become educated.
I respect Muslims more than many Christians

I know Muslims that wouldn't bring harm to anyone. I try not to let myself judge a person for the harm that others have wrought.

I agree with you. What about the terrible things that have been done in the name of christianity eg the crusades, burning of suspected wiches etc etc.

thank u... i respect any person of any religion...but trolls get to me sometimes....i try to have patients but they try me harder with me to break me.... and this is one of the points that my friend and i try to bring up to anti-Islamics...that we are not all bad. but they can't understand...at least i don't think that they even try to understand...they understand bashing though!
