i dont drink coffee, soda or anything w/ caffeine really
im busy so idk if its stress, but wondering if i should see a doctor about it so yeah, if you have any ideas im open thanks you guys

sounds like you are either clenching or grinding your teeth at night. I'm a clencher, if I don't wear my bite plate, I'm up all night and have a horrible headache (and jaw pain from TMJ) in the morning.

It could be stress. Why don't you try a wind down routine b4 bed for a wk or 2 to see if that helps & if not see a dr. A wind down routine could be no frightening or stimulating TV for an hour b4 bed, no computer, no rich or spicy foods for several hrs b4 bed, some mediation or a relaxation tape just prior to bed. The idea is to go to bed relaxed & with the days stress behind you. The headaches could be stress related or an entirely different problem. If they continue, you need to have them checked out.

maybe try a pain relever with a sleep aid added to it. if that doesn't help, ask the doc
