I have acne scars on my back... al though the acne has gone away my back is really scarred :(
I would really like a massage but how can I go If my back looks bad....can anyone suggest me anything?

you probably won't even phase your massage therapist.
trust me. the scars on your back are nothing compared to the big, hairy sweaty men I have had on my table!
if you are just self-concious about it and want to do something about it, you can try exfoliating, and some acne treatments help with scars of past blemishes as well. a lot of lotions advertise that they will help with the healing process, but I dont know how true that is. its worth a try, at the very least you will have softer skin! and dont forget to drink lots of water and take your vitamins every day!
Also, remember to ALWAYS put sunscreen on when you spend any amount of time in the sun! not only will it make any new scars stand out, but it will worsen the scars you have had for a while.
