I was born with natural 'good' (as a medium), who had helped strangers without pity. I had shared my only poor food too with some hungry ones like me with no regret.
Today, I'm still a 'medium' one; however, I had thrown a fit when I was angry about some people who didn't care a bit to make the world better. So my curses sent them into damaging influences, which changed me to the evil one. Later (after effects) I was punished by my bad intentionality when I was inside the Winchester's house in 2004.
However, that situation seems to me unclear till now. I tend to not believe in unnatural evil forces.

Problem here is one mans good is another mans evil. For some thinking about wanting something is an un pure thought.
I once stole a pineapple chunk from another pupils pocket in the Metal work room. when I was 11, see that's me stuffed for being pure good. mind you I could have had the packet, but only took 1.

Yes, I knew someone like that. If you don't mind, I'd love to share his story. He should be remembered as the angel he was. He touched SO many lives.
His name was David. He was the oldest of three children, and the only boy. When he was about three or four, his eyesight started to fail. By the time he was five, he was almost completely blind. It was around that time that he was diagnosed with a rare -but fatal- disease known as Batten's.
I met David when he was seven, and I was eleven. From the moment that we spoke, I knew there was something special about this kid. He already knew by then that he was dying, but he was okay with that. He had been taught that dying wasn't a bad thing, because he was going to be with Jesus.
Over the years, David's health began to fail steadily. By the time he was thirteen, he was bound to a wheelchair, and had lost most of his motor functions. Yet his smile could light up any room. He wasn't coherent very often after he turned thirteen, but when he was...he said the most fascinating things.
I saw him about six months before he died. It happened to be on one of his "good days," which were fewer and farther between by that time. I wasn't sure if he would know who I was...but as soon as he heard my voice, he spoke my name, and he just GRINNED. That was the last time I saw him alive.
David was literally an angel. I believe now, as I didn't then, that he really was. God put everything good and right in that boy, which is perhaps why David was only among us for sixteen short years. David spoke of Jesus as a friend. In the last weeks of his life, his parents often found him in conversation with someone or perhaps someTHING they couldn't see. Had David lost his mind? I don't think so. They said that although they couldn't SEE who David was talking to, they could FEEL something in the room.
There are pictures of David in the last days of his life, in which he was surrounded by a bright light. David himself was a bright light. He always had a smile for people, he always spoke words of encouragement to everyone. When I was down and depressed, a word from him lifted me up. And his faith...was unwavering.
David has now been gone for almost six years...and even now, I see his influence in my life. He was EVERYTHING a person should aspire to be: Patient, kind, loving, compassionate, generous, optimistic...David believed that there is good in everyone. He even saw good in me, though he was well aware that I was doing things that WEREN'T good.
I sincerely hope there is a heaven, and that I get to see him there...it'll be so wonderful!

No I have not met pure good, except for the Holy Spirit. The reason is in the Bible. It says all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.
I have not met anyone that has a perfect marriage either.

Yeah, both my grandma's were naturally good. Both were wonderful women, with a bit of naughtiness to them just to make it interesting for all lol. I remember my one grandma tried making her own beer from a kit and wound up with beer all over her pantry when it exploded lol.
But good? Oh indeed yes, they had hearts of pure gold :)

A stray cat I picked up. The vet said there were signs of old bone breaks. When I found him his ribs were showing. Despite his hard beginnings, he loved everyone and had no idea what hate meant.

I am sorry, but my bible tells me that no one is pure. Just because you do good things doesn't mean you'll go to heaven.
