you cant tell because sometimes the female doesnt wear the ring anymore and how can i figure out if she has a boyfriend also

Usually if a female is taken she'll eventually bring up her significant other in conversation. To subtly ask if she is taken ask her if she has a boyfriend but ask other questions as well, like if she likes her job, if she lives at home or if she's out on her own, what school she attends, etc. Make it seem that you just want to know about her, not like you're trying to get with her, some females find that rude.

being a girl i say.... be friendly first and just ask. dont be overwhelming to her and just start hitting on her that may be too much and even if she is single she may say she is not. also you can ask someone who knows her
