HELLO,

SEE A DENTIST AND HAVE A SCALING DONE TO REMOVE THE TARTAR BELOW YOUR GUMS. AFTERWARD DO PROPER DAILY HYGIENE TO MAINTAIN EVERYTHING IN GOOD HEALTH.
IN TIME THE PAIN AND SWELLING WILL VANISH.

Floss is your friend. Most tooth loss comes not from poor brushing habits, but from periodontal disease (gum disease), which causes the gums to recede from the teeth. The teeth, in turn, become loose. Flossing goes a long way to cutting down on perio disease.
