It's Jason or Freddie watching you from the woods.

He wants to be with you. Imagine if someone left you outside in a pen all alone all day. You'd go crazy and/or die of loneliness.
You'd also be bored, and just itching to run around and explore in the woods you see around you.

Dogs are pack animals like people and go through the same mental anguish that any human goes through when left all alone with no one to be with and nothing to do all day every day.
I think he's saying, "I want to go and explore out there, please take me over there in the woods so I can sniff stuff and stretch my stiff legs!"

Take your dog out and play with him.

Maybe your dog is trying to tell you there is an animal. Animals are wonderful guard dogs to their best friend. Is it a frog? Something your dog does not understand? If you were here in California I would have said an earthquake, which dogs and birds can sense before humans.

I wouldn't go see without some sort of weapon. Because it could be very dangerouse. Tell some one and they'll help you.
You never know it could be a wolf or something like that.
JUST BE CAREFUL

Your dog is trying to tell you "It's Bigfoot! Get your camera and video recorder!" You will be famous and you can give your dog all the steaks he can eat!

Even if you go look, if it is an animal, it will hide.
